Here’s the work behind numbers like these.

Ongoing · $1,100 a month

What running it looks like, month to month.

We do the work inside your Klaviyo. You deal with one person, David, from the first call to the monthly report.

  • $1,100 a month
  • Month to month
  • No contract
  • Klaviyo only
  • US and European hours

Not ready for monthly? Start with the free review or the free flow. Nothing has to change to try us.

It always starts the same way. We sign up.

  • Your flows, kept running

Signup forms and popup, welcome, cart, browse, post-purchase and win-back. Built once, then looked after.

  • A campaign calendar

Campaigns planned, written and designed for your brand, then sent from your Klaviyo.

  • Segments

New subscribers, first-time buyers, regulars and people who’ve gone quiet don’t get the same email.

  • Flow tests

New versions run against what’s live. The winners stay.

  • SMS

Texts planned alongside the emails, on the same calendar.

  • A monthly report and call

What happened, what we tested and what’s next. Then a call to go through it.

Field notes · October 2026

You can’t be a first-time visitor to your own store.

So we are. In October we signed up to 63 DTC brands the way a customer would. This is what a new subscriber ran into.

  4. 1:30Joined the list. “You’re in!”
  5. +24hNo welcome email. No code.
A composite. Every line happened, just not all on the same store.
What else kept turning up
  • A 2024 popup still running next to this year’s.
  • Signups landing in a second tool, not in Klaviyo.
  • A popup that only exists on desktop.
  • A footer that promises 10% and a form that never mentions it.
Try it on yours. Two minutes.
  1. 1Open your store on your phone, in a private tab.
  2. 2Count the seconds until the popup shows.
  3. 3Read the bar, the popup and the footer. Same offer?
  4. 4Join the list.
  5. 5Did the welcome email arrive? The code?

All five fine? Your signup is in good shape. The review looks at what happens after.

None of that shows up in a dashboard. It shows up when you sign up.

  1. 1
    First visit

We help you show the popup while people are still on the page, on phone and desktop.

  2. 2
    The offer

We help you pick one first-order offer and say it the same way in the bar, the popup and the footer.

  3. 3
    The signup

We help you get every signup into Klaviyo, in one place.

  4. 4
    The first email

We help you send the welcome email and the code the moment someone joins.

  5. 5
    The cart

We help you catch the carts people leave, with an email written in your brand’s voice.

  6. 6
    The browse

We help you follow up when someone looks but doesn’t add to cart.

  7. 7

  8. 8

We help you win back customers who stopped buying.

How we read an account

Before we touch a single email, we pull these numbers.

Open rates come last. These are the ones that decide what we build first.

01

Flow vs campaign split

How much revenue comes from automations and how much from sends. If flows are a small share, the welcome, cart and post-purchase flows get rebuilt first.

02

Revenue per recipient

By flow and by campaign. It shows which sends earn their place in the inbox and which ones just add volume.

03

Second-order rate

What share of first-time buyers come back, and how many days it takes. That sets when the post-purchase and reorder emails go out.

04

Cohorts

Customers grouped by the month they first bought, tracked over time. It shows whether retention is improving or just looks better after a big sale.

05

RFM segments

Recency, frequency and money spent. It splits the list into who to reward, who to win back and who to email less.

06

LTV to CAC

What a customer is worth over time against what it cost to get them, by first product and first offer. It tells us which offer belongs in the popup.

07

List growth by source

Popup, footer, checkout, quiz. It shows which signup point is doing the work.

08

Inbox health

Spam complaints (Gmail and Yahoo want under 0.3%), bounces and the Klaviyo deliverability score. If the inbox is the problem, we fix that first.

Concept work · not client work

We already made one for a brand like yours.

Emails we designed for brands we’d like to work with. They’re not clients. Made to show what we’d build for yours.

Looking good isn’t the same as selling. So let’s find out.

The free flow

Put one of our flows against yours.Keep it only if it wins.

Pick one: welcome, cart, browse, post-purchase or win-back. We write and design it for your brand, free. You run it next to what you have now. If yours wins, keep yours.

We’ve done exactly this against another agency. Here’s how it went.

David helped me out with a bunch of copywriting over the last couple of months, and his attention to detail was great. I gave him a brief with no prior brand context, and he understood the brand and nailed their tone of voice. His copy wasn't too AI heavy, there were no dead AI giveaways. He even thought of extra bits to add that weren't in the brief, and gave a couple of versions of the project I asked him to complete, so it was easy for me to pick and choose what worked. All in all, would recommend David as a copywriter. His comms were great too.

We run your email and SMS on Klaviyo every month. Everything in the Flow Fix, kept running, plus a campaign calendar, segments, flow tests, SMS and a monthly report and call.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t build outside Klaviyo.
  • We don’t do contracts. Ongoing is month to month.
  • We don’t ask you to switch anything to try us. The free flow runs next to yours.
  • We don’t show concept emails as client work.
  • We don’t name the brands we tested.

Running several brands? Book a call. Taking on a few more brands before Black Friday.

If you already have someone

Already have an agency? Keep them. Test us next to them.

For when email works and has plateaued. Take the free review notes to your agency, or run our free flow next to theirs and let the numbers decide. If ours keeps winning, Ongoing is month to month. Nothing has to change to try us.

Why not just ask our agency?
You can. We’re not asking you to switch anyone. Bring them the notes.
Why not do it ourselves?
If you have the hours, the two-minute check above is yours to keep. If you don’t, that’s what Ongoing is for.

David Oshinubi

Hi, I’m David.

I learned email from my brother, and now I run retention for DTC brands on Klaviyo.

When you work with us, you deal with me: the first call, the plan, the build and the monthly report.

We work US and European hours.

FAQ

Before you book.

Something else? david@oshinubi.com

Will you tell us our emails are bad?

No. We tell you what we saw as a new subscriber and what we’d test first. You decide what’s worth changing.

Our email is fine. Why talk to you?

Fine is a good place to start. The review shows what a new subscriber sees, and the free flow shows whether there’s more in it. If there is, Ongoing is us running it every month. If there isn’t, keep yours, and keep the notes.

How much is it?

The review and the free flow cost nothing. The Flow Fix is $800 once. Ongoing is $1,100 a month, month to month.

What’s the difference between the Flow Fix and Ongoing?

The Flow Fix builds your signup forms, popup and five core flows once, for $800. Ongoing keeps all of that running and adds a campaign calendar, segments, flow tests, SMS and a monthly report and call, for $1,100 a month.

What happens after the free review?

If it’s a fit, you pick a start: the free flow, the Flow Fix or Ongoing. If it isn’t, you keep the notes.

We already have an agency.

Good. Keep them. Run one free flow from us next to theirs and keep whichever wins. That’s how we started on a hair wellness account we took over from another agency, and it helped take email from 3.49% to 16.25% of revenue in two months.

Is the free flow really free?

Yes. If yours wins, keep yours.

Who does the work?

We handle strategy, copy, design and the Klaviyo build. David is your one point of contact.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month.

Do we need Klaviyo?

Yes. Everything we build, we build in Klaviyo.

We’ll run your email and SMS. First, send us your store link.
